Meet the Founders

Think Different Analytics was founded by Ian Smith and Dr Dorian von Freyhold in 2018 and since then, the company has worked with a wide range of private and public companies in most major sectors, delivering double digit revenue growth, without client customer loss. Dorian holds a PhD in Consumer Psychology and Data Sciences while Ian has spent the majority of his career leading advertising and marketing agencies in the US,  Europe and ANZ, working with some of the world's leading brands across virtually every sector.

We helped price their menu board and uncovered a surprising insight: female customers were missing the items they craved.

By repositioning their existing popcorn chicken, we turned a hidden favorite into a lunchtime hit - so effective that the Head of the company said it “paid for itself by lunchtime.”
